I stumbled across this little charmer when playing around with one of my Blogger blogs' design page... in the upper left there was a way to add a "favicon". I already knew what that was, the little symbol some really cool looking web sites have at the left end of its address bar. I had been green with envy wanting to havea favicon of my own but had not managed to both get one and make it stick. Thanks to Blogger I can at least provide them for my blogs.
Take a tour of my favicons!
- Sundial at Today in Medieval History
- Celtic knot at Radio Dé Danann
- Silhouette at Random Biographies
- Old book at medieval-novels.com
- Roundabout at The Never-ending Round Robin
- The ornate N at Nan Hawthorne, Historical Novelist
So how did I get the cute little images? Well, I sorta stole them, using images I found lying about on the web.. but I used an easy tool to convert them for use as favicons.
Well, I am off to find more for my less endowed blogs.. have fun!
